KETTLE WON created quite a stir in his 2-year-old debut during the 1998 Saratoga meet as the Todd Pletcher-trainee blew away the opposition with a ten and a half-length romp in maiden special company. He has since competed successfully on dirt and turf, going short and long, and fiinished second in the Fort Lauderdale Handicap-G3 over Gulfstream Park's turf course in March of 2000. A half-brother to the durable allowance horse GLIDE HOME, KETTLE WON is out of championSAFELY KEPT's half-sister SAFE AT THE PLATE, a stakes-placed winner of $114,923.

FLIT represents four generations of impressive producers at Dark Hollow Farm. Descending from the farm's legendary foundation mare SAFELY HOME, she is a daughter of the marvelous producer SAFE JOURNEY and is a half-sister to three stakes horses, led by four-time stakes winner O DIONYSUS, who has earnings of nearly $450,000 and was a stakes winner four consecutive years, on dirt and turf, and set a course record at Delaware Park for a mile and a half when winning the 2018 Cape Henlopen S. FLIT's half-sister JOY won Belmont Park's Perfect Sting S., Delaware Park's Christiana S. and Laurel Park's All Brandy S., earned $250,544 and is the dam of six-figure sales yearlings. FLIT's half-brother Combat Diver, a $100,000 2-year-old sales horse, was stakes-placed at 3.

FLIT is the dam of a six-figure sales offspring, BETCHA BY GOLLY (by Tapizar), the most expensive filly sold at the 2019 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Fall Yearlings sale when purchased by the highly-successful Maryland-based stable Skeedattle Associates for $150,000. In her first three starts at 2, BETCHA BY GOLLY finished in the top three in all of them, and recorded her first win when stretching out for the first time at Pimlico in September, leading throughout to score by nearly 3 lengths over a sloppy track.
