He has since competed successfully on dirt and turf, going short and long, and fiinished second in the Fort Lauderdale Handicap-G3 over Gulfstream Park's turf course in March of 2000. Purchased by Anstu Stables for $370,000 at the Fasig-Tipton Florida Select Two-Year-Olds in Training Sale. Currently standing stud in New York.
Far from her birthplace in Maryland, LITE TWILIGHT became one of the darlings of Northern California. From 10 starts at Bay Meadows and Golden Gate Fields, the chestnut mare won four races and was on the board in eight consecutive starts. Her victories included the Mae de Vol Sprint H. and Menlo Park H., and placings came in the Moment to Buy, Powder Room and Lord Avie Handicaps. She accrued $132,875 from 14 starts.
LITE TWILIGHT's first foal was track record-setter and graded stakes-placed Middle Earth.
